What is the process of “checking in” at the beach club for my VIP table reservation?In order to check in for your table reservation, you should check in at the time the host booked your table. If you are running behind or need to change your check-in time, please call the host that helped you with your reservation or call us at 678-575-2994. The VIP Podium entrance at the top of the A-Frame staircase is the location for Cabana/Daybed check in. Please ensure all party members have an acceptable form of identification, and all funds have been secured prior to arrival. Provide the name for the reservation to the host and he will direct you to the appropriate area.

Where do I go, for the event, if I have purchased general admission event tickets?If you have purchased general admission tickets, please find your way to the General Admission area. Please ensure that you have an acceptable form of identification.

Can you scan my ticket at the door?yes, we will have ticket scanners at the entrance. Please ensure that you have your ticket ready for scanning.

What happens if I lost my ticket?You can show the electronic attachment on your phone or you can reprint your ticket prior to the event. Please ensure that you can locate the email with your electronic PDF version of your ticket prior to entry of the venue.

What is an acceptable form of identification?A current, non-expired, valid photo ID is required of every patron visiting our establishment and all guests must be 21 years of age or older. The following forms of ID are acceptable: United States or Canada issued Driver’s licenses; Passports (as long as there are no missing pages, or expired); United States government issued IDs. Canadian driver’s licenses are the only form of international IDs that are accepted besides passports. Mexican IDs and Medical Marijuana Cards are prohibited.

What items are prohibited in Midtown Beach Club?Bags and purses are subject to search. A complete list of prohibited items can be found at midtownbeach.com.

Am I allowed to bring in a bag?All bags and personal items are subject to search. Bags are allowed in Beach Club. A complete list of prohibited items can be found online at midtownbeach.com. We do not allow rucksacks or camping bags. Fashionable backpacks are allowed.

Am I allowed to bring in medications?No, you are not allowed to bring in medications to the club.

Once I’m inside, can I leave and re-enter the Beach Club?Re-entry into the Beach Club is subject to change depending on the event. Most days, there is no re-entry. See the door on day of your event for more information.

As a GA ticket holder, what am I entitled to?As a ticket holder you are entitled access to the GA ticket holder entrance areas for general admission only.

What is your refund policy?We do not offer refunds on tickets or table deposits. All questions regarding discrepancies should be sent to info@graeatl.com

Why do ticket prices raise closer to the event?Ticket prices increase as the event gets closer. The lower tier tickets are the cheapest tickets available for the events. As they sell out, they move to the next ticket tier. All tickets are General Admission tickets and we do not sell VIP tickets. We encourage purchasing tickets as far in advance as you can. To avoid ticket scammers, please only purchase tickets from our Eventbrite page.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Do you have parking available?Parking is available but limited. Early arrival is recommended. We do not own the parking lot adjacent to the venue and are not responsible for lost or stolen items or any vehicular damages. Please do not leave valuables in your car.

What do I do when pre-sale tickets are sold out?When pre-sale tickets are sold out, buying a table would be the only option available. However, tables can sell out as well so we recommend buying tables when they become available. To book a VIP table, please call 678-575-2994 or email us at sales@graeatl.com

I have a relationship with someone at a third party hosting company and they told me they represent the venue. How can I tell if they are legit?Booking through a venue employee is the only way to ensure the best experience and that your purchase is 100% legitimate.
